Customers could pre-order their drinks to pick up on entry to the event, then re-order via QR code, pay & collect during the events. This had multiple benefits for us. It alleviated queues at the beginning and during events & staffing issues (50% less staff & less experience required)

So impressed with Suzanne and the team at Clickandcollection.com! Not only did they pivot themselves during Covid but they helped countless small businesses, including Crean's Place, go online in a matter of hours. We used to take orders by whatsapp, manage a few Excel files for orders and pickups, have to call customers to take payments over the phone: you can image the overheads per customer ... All this was replaced by their slick platform - even our customers were delighted with how simple it was!

I was nervous and partly too controlling to let go and put our takeaway offering online. Once Suzanne went through everything with me I was convinced this is where I needed to be given the crisis we are in. We have also entered a new market for the future so nothing is in vain. We all need a push outside our comfort zone. I am delighted that after our first successful weekend the system is flawless and my god it cut out a lot of admin for myself AND sales were better! I do feel for the most part people prefer to ‘click & choose hassle free’. This tool is definitely the one I would recommend.

Anybody looking to switch online to click and collect for takeaway but a bit fearful of the tech side – Clickandcollection.com provide a very good, easy to use service for both customers and staff, plus their commission fees are super fair. One of the biggest pieces of the puzzle in my opinion.

Mark & his team indirectly got our Pizza Restaurant back up & running during the C-19 pandemic. The site is so straight forward and simple to use, allowing your food to be prepared and collected at times that work for the customer & Chefs. With C-19, we had to shut Piccolo Pizza Killarney entirely, and we had no way of reaching our customer, who were still looking for our services.
